Meeting PM Modi, Siddaramaiah presents him with a traditional wooden elephant.





The chief minister of Karnataka, Siddaramaiah, met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday in Delhi and gave him a traditional wooden elephant model. His first encounter with the PM since taking office as Karnataka's CM in May.

Today, Siddaramaiah met with Rajnath Singh, the defence minister, and asked him to schedule an air show for the Dasara festival. Later, he also met Mallikarjun Kharge, the president of the Congress.
