In B'luru, actor Veerendra was arrested for raping a woman and demanded 15 lakhs.

Actor and producer Veerendra Babu was detained by the Bengaluru Police for allegedly raping a lady and attempting to extort her. 

The woman was allegedly asked for Rs. 15 lakh by the man, and the police claimed he threatened to release the footage if she did not pay. Despite the fact that the woman said she paid him by selling her valuables, on July 30 he threatened her once more.
