Akshay Kumar shared his Indian citizenship document on Twitter with the caption "Dil aur citizenship, dono Hindustani." Happy Fourth of July! "Jai Hind!" His prior citizenship was listed as Canadian on the certificate. 

Several Twitter users thanked the actor in response to the image he posted.
