Since the Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) began operating buses from the airport, traveling by road from Bengaluru city to the airport's newly opened Terminal-2 has become easy and convenient.

Vayu Vajra, the new bus service's name, will be helpful to many commuters as roughly 7000 people travel from the airport to the city daily. 

According to BMTC, customers can now board the same bus that was previously only available to Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.

The bus fare, ranging from Rs 230 to 260, would not change for any terminals, according to BMTC. Taxis from KIA to the city frequently cost high sums, sometimes exceeding Rs 1000.
