Bengaluru Police launches QR codes for complaints and feedback







The BBMP and the Bengaluru Police have both introduced a QR code system that allows individuals to provide comments on public services.


The police said that the QR codes would be displayed on street signs and at all police stations. The MLAs and contractors in the area will be listed on the QR codes, and they can also be used to contact the BBMP directly to report municipal issues.
